That ultra-low 8” profile remains even when adding the optional VersaDrive System. VersaDrive is the only motorized drive assist system that is controlled by the footboard, which allows the caregiver to make constant visual contact with the patient when in transit.

All Rotec beds are equipped with an integrated three-zone bed exit alarm that informs nurses when patients are attempting to exit the bed on their own.
