Here are the tasks you’ll need to do:

  • Perform all daily tasks related to the procurement department including:
    • Make various orders from our suppliers and track them
    • Enter and track receipts for goods
    • Prepare shipping slips and labels for daily shipments of parts to customers (by Fedex and Dicom) in conjunction with the replacement parts shipping department
    • Creation and tracking of material lists (“BOMs”)
    • Monitoring and closing of production vouchers in the management system
    • Meet the needs of production and other departments
    • As required, any other related daily procurement-related tasks

On an occasional basis:

  • Manage non-compliance reports affecting the procurement department
  • Track change requests involving the procurement department
  • Quarantine management (non-compliant, defective and other parts)
  • Follow-up of customer feedback (for the service department)

You will have a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday where you will finish at noon on Friday OR every other Friday as needed. There are also several advantages that await you such as:

Skills sought:

  • What we are looking for in the candidate:
    • FAC in supply management or business management or procurement experience
    • Knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook. Word, Excel)
    • Rigor and sense of organization
    • Autonomy, resourcefulness and reliability
    • Judgment and initiative
    • Time and priority management
    • Ethics in business relationships
