Deputy CFO
Your mission
- Support financial management in tracking accounts receivables and customers and work with the sales and production departments to provide various statistical reports.
Your responsibilities
- Be the contact person for the various departments
- Supervise the accounts payable department and billing for customer orders
- Calculate and make calculations of various volume discounts granted to customers
- Access various customer websites to record our invoices
- Ensure customer price accuracy
- Issuing cheques to suppliers
- Cashing cheques and making deposits
- Assess the creditworthiness of new customers and authorize order production in accordance with payment terms
- Managing applications from Export Development Canada
- Prepare various statistical reports for production and sales
- Produce reports for imports
- Prepare year-end documents for the accounting firm
- Manage the application of Canadian and U.S. taxes

Your journey
- College degree – Accounting and management technology (or related training)
- Have relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Maximum Accounting Software (an asset)
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Master’s degree in Microsoft Excel
